How MoodMetrics AI pricing works
Illumina uses a simple, token based system so you always know exactly how much video you can analyze.
Tokens are consumed based on the total duration of video processed, regardless of how many files you upload.
1 token = 3 minutes of video analysis
Tokens are deducted based on the length of the video you process - not per upload.
You can split your tokens across videos however you like
Example
If your plan includes 120 tokens per month,
that equals 120 minutes (2 hours) of video analysis
You could use that to analyze
- 2 videos up to 1 hour long
- 6 videos up to 20 minutes long
- Any other combination of videos that total 120 minutes
Monthly token renewal
Tokens reset every month.
At the start of each billing cycle, your tokens balance refreshes to your plan's monthly allowance.
Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month
Example
If you are subscribed to the starter plan and have 50 tokens remaining at the end of the month,
your balance will reset to 120 tokens, not 170.
What if I need more tokens?
If you run out of tokens, you can wait for your tokens to renew, or upgrade your plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like.
Upgrading your plan increase your token limit immediately, downgrading or cancelling take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
